I have an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy from Middlesex University, and a Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling from the Metanoia Institute. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and work in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework.
I have also completed the full training in Emotionally Focussed Therapy for couples (EFT), and am a registered member of its governing body, the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT).
For the last four years I’ve been working as a counsellor at the Rock Clinic in Brighton, helping people of all ages and backgrounds with a wide variety of issues. I also work with couples and individuals in my private practice in Hove.
Because the range of challenges that people face in their lives is so diverse, I like to integrate different approaches into my ways of working, drawing on contemporary psychodynamic and humanistic ideas.
